School Picture: Spring 2007

Ian's latest school picture has been released to the media:


He's wearing the shirt that his uncles Chris and Shih Han gave him.

Compare this background with the one from last fall, with the lunch box and globe. The props in this pic are not quite elaborate, but I do like the scroll and column on the steps -- and the floral print behind him. Nice touch!

Ian in the News, Again

Ian (and Marysia) popped up on the front page of the Tuscaloosa News last month -- and we're talking above the fold.

'Course, it wasn't a large image. In fact, it was just kinda squeezed into the upper left corner of the 23 April 2007 edition. But still!

As you can see, it was a story on Earth Day at the University and it captured Ian picturesquely participating in a drum circle.

Our friends, Brent, Susan and Zack were also in town that day and joined us on the Quad for sandwiches and green thoughts. Good times! We were sorry to see them return to Columbus, OH.
