Tale of the Tape

On 22 March 2007, Ian had his "three-year" check-up, with Dr. Joseph.

It's a rather painless check-up with no shots. The next round of them come at the 4-year check-up.

Here are his stats:

Weight: 36 lb 8 oz (with his shoes on; 36 lb without)
Height: 38 1/2 in

Dr. Joseph gave us a sheet with various developmental milestones noted on it. Among the more interesting:
  • Most three year old children talk most of their waking moments, but are often difficult to understand. They usually talk in short sentences.
  • By four years of age, their speech is much easier to understand.
  • Most children are toilet trained by 3.5 years of age. [Ian just made the cut for that!]
And on we go to year four!
